Transcripts and Records

Student Records and Information are confidential and may be communicated to others only with the written consent of the student.

As a courtesy to students, ITU will provide information that is limited to graduation date, type of degree and Honors received, to employers who make a telephone inquiry.  All inquirers will be required to provide their own name, the name of their company, a contact phone number, the full name of the graduate and the reason for the inquiry.

• Requests from Personnel Offices and/or from Human Resources Departments and/or Military background checks must be in writing and with the signed consent of the student.

  • Requests must include:

    •  the name of the Company and/or Agency making the request

    • the department making the request

    • full name and title of the person making the request

    • full name of the ITU Graduate

    • purpose of the request

    • complete mailing address of the Company or Agency making the request

    • telephone number

    • fax number

    • ITU has the ability to send a "Official Transcript" by e-mail.

      • The Official Transcript that is sent by e-mail bears a Printed Seal instead of the usual embossed Seals.  Agencies willing to accept the Official Transcript by e-mail should make an e-mail request through the student.  The request will be verified with the student prior to being sent to the requesting agency.

All Requests for transcripts must be in writing and signed by the student.

Charges and Fees for Transcripts

There is no charge for the first two transcripts that are provided to every student with their degree.

• Students will be expected to pay postage and handling charges for additional transcripts

  • Domestic USA - $15.00 per transcript Plus Postage

  • $ 10.00 Priority Mail and Handling

  • $25.00 Express Mail

• International Mail - $15.00 per transcript Plus Postage

  • The cost of International Postage varies from country to country.

  • Messenger Services such as DHL are very expensive but will be used if the Student is willing to pay the fees.

Students will have to pay, in advance for transcripts, postage and handling.  The Registrar will provide detailed quote of charges in advance.

Tuition may be paid by mail using a Credit Card Courtesy Check. Tuition may be paid by bank to bank electronic transfer of funds. Students may wish to use their credit card to get a cash advance and then to pay tuition with a Bank Check. The Tuition Payment Facility is set up to accept credit card payments for Tuition for Accelerated Degree Programs, Traditional Programs, Down Payments, Monthly Payments, Individual Classes, Donations to the ITU General Fund and Donations to ITU's Scholarship Fund.
