To the Nations and People of the World:

 

Every Nation has Inalienable Sovereign Rights and Obligations that come from The Great Spirit (God).  The Monitors of each Nation's Inalienable Sovereign Rights and Obligations are the Citizens of each Nation.

 

Inalienable Sovereign Rights and Obligations of Nations

• The Right and the Obligation to establish, with the consent of the People, the form of Government Organization

• The Right and the Obligation to establish a National Language

• The Right and the Obligation to make Treaties with other Nations

• The Right and the Obligation to establish and to control National Borders

• The Right and the Obligation to help Neighbors from other countries who are victims of War, Famine or Natural Disaster on a temporary basis with the final goal of returning refugees to their own Nation as soon as possible with the help of the World's Community of Nations

• The Right to refuse permanent residence to refugees and to remove any who overstay their welcome

• The Right to limit work to Citizens of the Nation

• The Right to Limit Education, Health Care and other benefits of Citizenship to Citizens of the Nation

  • A Nation may choose to help those in need of emergency medical care but the home country must reimburse the host Nation for the care of visitors

• The Right and the Obligation to establish and to maintain military and security forces to protect the Nation and the Nation's Citizens 

• The Right and the Obligation to control the Nation's Resources for the benefit of the Nation and of the Nation's Citizens 

• The Right and the Obligation to make and to enforce Just Laws for all functions and interactions of Society as long as those laws do not trample upon Individual Rights

• The Right and the Obligation to Control Commerce within the Nation's Borders and with International Trading Partners.

• The Right and the Obligation to create, maintain and expand the Nation's Infrastructure for Transportation, Sanitation, Energy, Public Buildings, Conservation and Distribution of Resources etc.

• The Right and the Obligation to establish Education Systems that optimize the Natural Talents of the Nation's Citizens 

• The Right and the Obligation to provide for the continuation and development of the National Culture and Arts

• The Right and the Obligation to mint and to print sufficiency currency to meet the needs of the Nation's People for the orderly conduct of commerce and business.

• The Right and the Obligation to establish electronic currencies for automatic transfer to and from accounts using modern technology.

• The Right to set the value of currency within its own borders

• The Right to demand par value for its currency with trading partners

• The Right to Enforce Cultural Changes, for the good of the People, where previous practice was detrimental to the Good of the Nation or an abuse of individuals within the Culture

  • Enforcing the stopping of foot binding

  • Enforcing the stopping of infanticide

  • Enforcing the stopping of head hunting

  • Enforcing the stopping of cannibalism

  • Enforcing the stopping of slavery

  • Enforcing the stopping of Ethnic Cleansing

  • Enforcing the stopping of ruinous dowries

  • Enforcing the stopping of handling of poisonous snakes for entertainment

  • Enforcing the stopping of domestic violence

  • Enforcing the stopping of abuse of children by violence, sexual predation, neglect, labor, or any other means

  • Enforcing the stopping of circumcising of little girls and women

  • Enforcing the stopping of torture, cruel and unusual punishments

  • Demanding that those who take the Nation to War, Kings, Presidents, Law Makers, Politicians, Generals be in the Front Lines where there is actual fighting

  • Enforcing the stopping of Religious and Ethnic fighting as too destructive to the Domestic Tranquility

  • Enforcing the stopping of Practices that restrict the Freedoms or Rights of any gender

• The Right and the Obligation to protect individuals within special groups such as ethnic minorities, Religious minorities, the sick, the elderly, women, children, those with mental disabilities, those with physical disabilities, victims of crime

• The Right and the Obligation to protect and to provide for the weak and for the infirm within the Nation

• The Right to Adapt to meet the Needs of the Nation and of the People

These ideas and suggestions are Respectfully offered in the hope that you will use the great power that has been placed in your hands to make immediate changes for the Good of our People and for Future Generations.
